These policies help us protect your appointment time, provide dependable service, and keep expectations clear.

Special requests & add-ons

Please request extra services at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning.

Service concerns

If there is an issue after your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to correct the situation on the next business day.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice unless there is an emergency or someone in the home is sick. Your first cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice is free; future late cancellations may be charged a fee.

Payments & late fees

Payment is due within 48 hours after service unless otherwise agreed. A $10 late fee may be added for each day the invoice remains unpaid.

Access to your home

Keep gate, garage, and alarm codes current or leave an accessible key. If we cannot enter and cannot reach you within 15 minutes, a $25 fee may apply.

Arrival times

We make every effort to arrive on time, but traffic, weather, illness, cancellations, or earlier jobs running long can affect arrival time. A specific arrival time cannot be guaranteed.

Pets

We love pets! Please place nervous, noise-sensitive, or potentially aggressive pets in a safe area. We do not clean animal feces, urine, vomit, crates, or cages.

Rates

Rates may change when needed. You will be notified before a price increase affects your service.

Preparing for service

You do not need to clean before we arrive—that is what we are here for. Picking up personal items helps us spend more time cleaning surfaces.

Gratuity

Tips are always appreciated but never required.

Policy agreement: By booking a cleaning, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. They apply to future appointments unless updated.
